In a broken, apocalyptic world, there is no external justice, only that which you take for yourself. And that’s where Abby fails. She’s not out for justice, she’s out for torture and blood. Ellie and Tommy, on the other hand, are killing the group that invaded their land, hunted and tortured one of their own. Part 1 had the better story, part 2 had better gameplay mechanics. Both are great games, part 1 is a top 3 game all time to me. Part 1 is the first game ever in 30 years of gaming that actually made me care about the story and characters. Part 2 felt a bit longer than it should have been. The Last of Us Part II puts us into the shoes of Abby, the daughter of the head doctor Joel murdered in the first game, to help contextualize these moral grey areas. Abby is playable in some early Which is why it was more than a little surprising when Naughty Dog announced that there would be no multiplayer in The Last of Us Part 2, with the studio saying that it wanted to devote all its Both God of War and The Last of Us Part 2 are critically acclaimed and seem like good options. I might play both eventually, but since I have very limited free time, I only have time to play one now. I haven't played any previous God of War games, but the 2018 game looks good. It seems like a very narrative driven game which I don't mind as If you can hold off for a sale, even better. I got the remake pre-owned for $55 and for me it was worth it, but for people who are more selective it might not be. I would totally recommend it for you, sure 50$ can be a bit pricey for a remake but it's totally worth it. GTA V is like RDR2 but with a more fast paced gameplay, and takes itself less seriously. While RDR2 took a few potshots at USA and capitalism but focused more on their own characters, GTA V loves to parody modern day USA. You'll still have some funny and interesting characters, but they're not as grounded as RDR2 ones. The Last of Us release timeline: 2013: TLOU released for PS3. 2014: TLOU Remastered released for PS4. 2016: TLOU Remastered enhanced for PS4 Pro. 2020: TLOU Part 2 released for PS4 and PS4 Pro Part 2 is a better game overall but part 1 has a better more streamlined story. Other than that though I agree part 2 is better. Also I’m not saying that the part 2 story is bad (it’s still one of the best story mode games I have played) it’s just not as good as the original and I don’t think any game will ever have a better story than The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered justifies its existence by offering updated visuals, DualSense integration, and two new game modes. The inclusion of "Lost Levels" in the remastered version gives UiGf.
